- 3 years CDN Law Firm experience 

- Tort Files

- Exposure to Accidents and Benefits

- LAT Process

- Plea agreements/hearings

- Negotiate settlements

- PC Law experience 

- Pre Trial memos

- Track Denial and deadlines

Requirements:

- Lawyer or articling student

- Strong Communication skills

- Law Firm experience
