Duties:
- Manager staff
- Manage the recruitment and hiring process
- Involved with union policy
- Responsible for training of new staff
- Onboard new staff
- Has knowledge of all current hiring laws and policies
- Responsible for compensation trends

- Previous union experience
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Strong communication skills
- Previous supervision experience
- Ability to work well with teams
