Our Burlington Manufacturing client is in need of a full time controller.

Job description 

We are looking for a controller that has extensive experience in the Manufacturing industry. This role is very senior in this large company. 

Responsibilities

- Prepare financial statements  

- Supervise staff 

- Develop and plan the budget

- An understanding of % of completion 

- Ability to negotiate contracts

- Keep abreast of new industry’s trends 

- Comply with all industry rules 

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Controller

- Strong communication skills

- Strong negotiation skills 

- Strong presentation skills

- Excellent PC knowledge 

- Current certificate of qualifications

- CPA Designation

- Degree in Finance or related field
