Administrative (North York)

We have partnered with a public accounting firm to assist in finding them a receptionist. This is a full time role. 


Duties and Responsibilities:


- Administration functions of NTR files 

- Draft, collate and track 

- Administrative functions (T1, T3, T4, T5) 

- Workflow management of staff 

- Various data entry 

- Creating new client in the system 

- Invoicing and Accounts Receivables 

- Respond to client requests and queries 

- Prepare proposals/engagement letters

- Assist with internal admin manual(s) 

- HST/Payroll Registrations 


Other key functions include:


- Reception coverage 

- Greeting clients and COVID-19 Screening 

- Distribute mail and courier packages 

- Coordinate and organize office mail 

- Handle faxes, mail, outgoing couriers 

- Organize the calendar for the boardroom 

- Purchase company supplies 

- Other administrative functions 


Preference given to candidates that have worked in a services type firm (i.e. public accounting firm, law firm, consulting etc (strong asset).
